- we prepare application documents and file applications for registration with the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office or in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO),
- we act as agents in obtaining rights to trade marks internationally,
- we monitor dates connected with the requirement to extend protection of trade marks,
- we prepare legal opinions related to protection of trade marks,
- we negotiate, prepare and verify agreements related to protection of trade marks,
- we monitor new trade marks in terms of their similarity to trade marks of our Clients.
